DELIVERY OF SERVICE ON TIME
The Graff Group ensures our trade services are delivered in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner through implementation of our Quality Assurance System. All our contractors and employees are well versed in a safe work method practices and risk management plans, to minimize time wastage and disruption. Inspection and Test plans are also a management system adopted thus providing written confirmation of a multi stage task being carried out as per contract specifications. Site inductions are carried out prior to any work commencing and the clients are given operational plans and works programs. All work is completed in the time frame specified.
To cover after-hours service our phones are manned 24 hours a day. Our support trades are placed on rotating rosters to ensure there is a minimum response time.
